why does something you put on your body need to contain sulphates, parabens, and synthetic strippers?

The answer was simple: because plant-based formulations take more care, more knowledge, and more intention to get right. So we took that time. We worked with botanists, studied traditional Indian hair care wisdom, and built a formula grounded in nature — Rosemary, Aloe Vera, Coconut Oil, Castor Oil — ingredients your grandmother trusted long before beauty brands existed. Reytha is marketed and manufactured in India — proudly local, responsibly made, and crafted to be as honest on the label as it is effective in the shower.

Is the shampoo safe for daily use?

Yes, Reytha shampoo is formulated to be gentle enough for regular use. Because it is free from sulphates and harsh chemicals, it cleanses without stripping your scalp's natural oils. Frequency of use may vary based on your hair type and individual needs.

I have a known allergy. How do I check if the product is safe for me?

Please read the full ingredient list on the back label before use. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing — we will help clarify.

Are Reytha products sulphate-free and paraben-free?

Yes. We do not use SLS, SLES, or parabens in our formulations.

Should I do a patch test before use?

Yes, we strongly recommend a patch test — especially for sensitive skin. Apply a small amount on your inner forearm, wait 24 hours, and discontinue if any irritation occurs.

Are Reytha products suitable for colour-treated hair?

Our sulphate-free formula is gentler on colour-treated hair. We recommend checking with your colourist and doing a patch test to confirm compatibility.

Are Reytha baby care products safe for newborns?

Baby care products are formulated with mild, plant-based ingredients. Age suitability is printed on the label. Always use under adult supervision and consult your paediatrician if you have concerns.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery: Metro cities 3–5 days, Tier-2/3 cities 5–7 days, remote areas 7–10 days. A tracking number will be sent once dispatched.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only before dispatch. Contact us immediately with your Order ID. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Can I return the product if I don't like it?

No. Products cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the product has been opened or used. This policy applies without exception for hygiene and safety reasons.

What if I received a damaged or wrong product?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
